We curate active escapes around Marbella and Andalucía—think coastal walks, mountain trails, and day trips that blend nature, culture, and a healthy challenge. Each outing is designed for connection and confidence: clear routes, friendly pacing, and a host who handles the details so you can be present. You’ll return with salty hair, sore legs in the best way, and new friends to plan the next adventure with.

From weekly run clubs along the paseo to padel socials, beach bootcamps, and sunrise hikes, our meetups turn movement into a social ritual. You’ll train with like-minded people, find your pace—whether you’re a beginner or getting back into it—and discover routes, routines, and rhythms that make showing up the easy choice. Come for the workout, stay for the community, and leave with the kind of momentum that carries into the rest of your week.
Workshops & Health Talks

We host a deep-dive workshop led by trusted experts—dietitians, physios, coaches, and clinicians—covering topics like hormones and strength, stress and sleep, gut health and metabolism, mobility and injury prevention, and sustainable nutrition. Sessions are practical, evidence-based, and conversational, with live Q&A and take-home guides so you can put ideas into practice immediately.

Networking & Community

This is where wellness meets social life. Join our monthly coffees and easygoing mixers, connect through member groups, and discover partner pop-ups with local gyms, cafés, clinics, and shops.
